Kate, I will print Delia's recipe for this tomorrow. Been a bit busy and your gentle nudge is a good reminder to reprint here. Incidentally, my Warwickshire Drooper plums are just so squishy and delishy, I pick a handful each morning on my way out of the garden to the car. Lovely at my desk mid-morning.
